We are super pleased with our newly installed roof by Austin The Roofing Expert!! And we wanted to let you know that we have never had a better experience with a roofing company from beginning to end than we have had with these guys! We were also very impressed with our contact Austin “T-Bow”. He doesn’t know it yet, but from now on, he will be the ONLY guy I call regarding any roofing questions or roofing needs I have in the future! Austin was always happy to spend any extra time I needed to understand every single stage of the process of getting our new roof! He also answered all of our questions (some of them more than once…) and was super personable! (A refreshing change from all the intimidating contractors that everyone normally has to deal with…) The roofing team did a flawless and professional job from the tear off and shingling, down to fitting all the vent covers on like we wanted and the comprehensive clean up around our home after the job was finished! (Our house even has a lot of bushes and flowers around it, and they were even careful enough to put down tarps up to protect the shrubbery and catch the stuff that fell during the tear-off!!) I always check out the people and companies I hire… and not only did these guys pass my initial background and reference checks… after I hired them, these guys hit it out of the park with every single aspect of roofing service they provided!
